This award recognises a sales training, onboarding or development programme, delivered in house or by a provider, that has measurably improved sales performance. Judges look for relevance, delivery quality and evidence of lasting behaviour change.
Eligibility
Open to organisations running in house programmes and to training providers, for a programme delivered during the qualifying period.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, manager or colleague evidence. Commercially sensitive numbers may be given as percentages or ranges. Judges consider the scale of the business and the market the entrant sells into, so smaller teams compete on equal terms.
